America ‘s top legal officer has filed a lawsuit against Facebook in a data theft case. According to reports, the District of Columbia Attorney General Carl Resin filed a lawsuit against Facebook on Wednesday. They accused Facebook of allowing them to tamper with the private data of crores of users. Facebook was accused of providing personal data to Cambridge Analytica during President Donald Trump’s election campaign in 2016 , which he confessed.

Washington’s top prosecutor is suing Facebook in the Cambridge Analytica scandal case. According to the Washington Post, the District of Columbia Attorney General Carl Resin filed a lawsuit against Facebook on Wednesday . He accused Facebook of allowing him to tamper with the private data of crores of users.
