CBD oil and its advantages

Scientific research points to the many health benefits of CBD (cannabidiol), a component of marijuana grown for medicinal purposes. Cannabidiol or CBD does not have the psychoactive effects that THC has, which is another cannabinoid present in marijuana and is consumed for recreational purposes. The beneficial effects of medicinal cannabis with CBD content have been proven in the treatment of patients with serious diseases.

CBD cannabis oil improves digestive problems

Enjoying a good appetite is very important for health, especially when the body needs to recover after an illness or an accident. Some diseases decrease appetite and prevent the body from healing itself. The ability of the CBD to improve appetite has been proven and in addition, according to the National Cancer Institute, CBD acts on cannabinoid receptors in the human body and is beneficial to health.

Scientists believe that these receptors play an important role in the regulation of food intake. CBD binds to these receptors and helps stimulate appetite.

CBD also acts against nausea and vomiting caused by diseases. It is especially useful for people who are undergoing chemotherapy or other serious diseases.

CBD cannabis oil has analgesic properties: it helps relieve pain

CBD binds to CB1 receptors in the body and relieves pain. It acts as an anti-inflammatory and reduces inflation.

CBD cannabis oil decreases anxiety

CBD or cannabidiol can improve serious anxiety or social phobia problems. Generalized Social Anxiety Disorder (ASD) is one of the most common types of anxiety that worsens the quality of life of those who suffer from it. Although some patients complain that their social anxiety increases after consuming marijuana, this anxiety is caused because the marijuana that is used for recreational purposes has a low level of CBD but high levels of THC.

In a 2011 study, scientific researchers studied the effects of CBD on people with ASD anxiety disorder. They chose twenty-four patients suffering from this disorder and who had never been cured. The participants in the study were divided into two groups. One group received 600 mg of CBD and the other group only received placebo. The scientists asked the participants to participate in a test that simulated a public speaking situation, while measuring blood pressure, heart rate, psychic stress level and other physiological functions.

The group that had been given CBD showed a significant decrease in anxiety, cognitive defects and discomfort during their speech. In comparison, in the group to which placebo had been administered, patients showed greater signs of anxiety, cognitive defects and discomfort.

According to the National Institute there are fifteen million American citizens who suffer from anxiety and marked by social phobias. 6.8 million citizens suffer from generalized anxiety. Traditional treatment usually consists of medical consultations where medications (antidepressants) are prescribed.

CBD treatment may be better than antidepressant treatment. CBD acts more quickly and does not cause side effects or withdrawal symptoms.

Limit the spread of cancer

The National Cancer Institute has conducted several studies to investigate the antitumor effects of CBD (cannabidiol). In one of the studies carried out with laboratory mice it was shown that CBD “may have protective effects against the spread of some tumor-like diseases”. They discovered that CBD causes tumor cell death by controlling the inhibitory spread of cancer cells.

Another study by the California Pacific Medical Center shows that CBD “deactivates” the genes that participate in the spread of breast cancer and other tumors. CBD inhibits ID-1, an action that prevents cancer cells from traveling long distances to spread to other tissues.

Cannabis oil is antipsychotic – it helps in the treatment of psychosis

CBD decreases psychotic symptoms related to schizophrenia and other disorders. In Cologne, Germany, it was discovered that schizophrenia affects 1.1% of the population of the Czech Republic and the number of patients in the United States is 2.4 million.

The CBD never ceases to surprise scientists for its numerous health benefits and its healing properties. The number of scientists, doctors and users who discover the effects of CBD and its health benefits is increasing, good news for those who care about health and choose a healthy lifestyle.

addiction

To understand why CBD oil is not addictive, we have to know its main component. Cannabidiol ( CBD ) is an  oil  soluble non-psychoactive cannabinoid that is extracted from hemp (Cannabis sativa, a technical variety certified in the EU).

CBD oil also contains other valuable substances such as Omega 3 fatty acids, terpenes, vitamins, chlorophyll, amino acids and traces of another 85 cannabinoids. It should be mentioned that the quality and variety of this composition depends on the method of extraction. To get a full cocktail of functional substances and obtain a synergistic effect, it is best to combine the methods of alcohol and CO2.

CBD oil against cancer – User experiences

Hello, my story does not have a happy ending. I found your site when they discovered my father’s lung cancer. I bought CBD oil . Even if it didn’t save his life (maybe he prolonged it a bit), I definitely didn’t lose confidence in hemp products and I believe in its effects. I planted some technical hemp plants and made some ointments , which helps me with the pain I feel from spine and knee surgery .

CBD oil and epilepsy – clinical study

In the first phase of the only clinical study that has been published so far, there were 3 mg of CBD per kg administered to 8 healthy volunteers for 30 days.

Another group of 8 volunteers received identical capsules but only with glucose as a placebo. Each week the patients underwent neurological and physical tests, urine and blood tests, ECG and EEG.

In the second phase, there were 15 patients diagnosed with generalized epileptic seizures (the entire cortex of both hemispheres is affected by epileptic activity) and they were divided into 2 groups. Each of them received 3 ml (80 drops) of 5% CBD oil or placebo daily. The experiment lasted 4.5 months.

During the experiment, patients also received standardized medications for prescription epilepsy, although this medication did not help control the symptoms of the disease.

According to the tests and analysis, all patients and volunteers tolerated the oil without addictions, contraindications or side effects.

How Hemp Tea Works with CBD

First of all, it is worth mentioning that hemp does not only have cannabinoids (although these are the most important part). The hemp plant contains more than 1000 compounds, such as terpenes and flavonoids, which can be water soluble and suitable for preparing infusions . Hemp generates effects in the body thanks to the mixture of all these compounds. The isolated THC and CBD do not possess the same power as the entire plant.

It should be mentioned that hemp tea can include the seeds of the plant (sometimes crushed). These seeds contain oils (fatty acids) that are added to the water and help bind all cannabinoids.

Finally, it is proven that cannabinoids have a certain level of water solubility . THC, for example, has a solubility of 2.8 mg per liter, an amount that can be extracted from a plant with a concentration of 0.2% THC.

These are some basic data that support the therapeutic use of hemp tea

How to Prepare Hemp Tea with CBD

Preparing hemp tea is very easy. Simply pour a tablespoon of hemp sprouts into 250 ml of boiling water and wait 5 to 15 minutes. The longer you wait, the greater the potency of tea.

For maximum medicinal effect, before preparing the infusion add a little butter, a tablespoon of cream or a few drops of oil . This will help you dissolve and digest cannabinoids.

Risks and Side Effects of CBD OIL OR cannabis oil

Humans adequately tolerate CBD, even in high doses or when administered for prolonged times. Unlike THC, CBD does not cause any kind of psychoactive effect.

Most people do not experience any kind of side effect with CBD. Although several studies in humans and animals found no side effects in CBD treatments, some research suggests that there are certain minor effects that may affect some people.

The most common side effects of CBD OIL OR cannabis oil are:

  • Fatigue
  • Appetite changes
  • Diarrhea
  • Changes in the processing of medications in the liver

Other possible side effects of CBD OIL OR cannabis oil:

  • Worsening of HIV symptoms
  • Fertility reduction

CBD can be used in high doses without negative effects. Doses of up to 1500 mg / day have been found to be safe. To get an idea, some people consume doses of just 15 mg.

Studies show that the lethal dose of CBD is quite high. Scientists are not entirely sure of the lethal dose of CBD in humans, as there is still no death reported by the substance. However, a 1981 study found that a dose of 200 mg per kilo of body weight can cause death in Rhesus macaques.

5 benefits of CBD OIL OR cannabis oil

The therapeutic effects of CBD are increasingly known. Therefore, we show you 5 reasons to use it every day.

1. CBD relieves anxiety

Although marijuana is related to anxiety, the culprit is THC. CBD counteracts the harmful effects of THC and, in general, is an effective remedy to calm anxiety. CBD can help people with chronic anxiety and those who suffer occasionally.

2. CBD lowers blood sugar levels

2013 studies found that marijuana can help regulate weight by its properties to reduce blood sugar levels. Research found that marijuana users are less likely to develop diabetes (despite what they eat after consuming it).

As for the effects of CBD to treat diabetes patients, further studies are necessary. However, it is proven that CBD regulates blood sugar levels and decreases the risk of developing diabetes.

3. CBD inhibits the growth of cancer cells

Cannabinoids in marijuana stimulate certain receptors that cause pharmacological effects on the immune and central nervous systems. It has been found that this property of cannabinoids can inhibit the growth of cancer cells. In fact, these compounds are used to reduce tumors and alleviate the side effects of cancer. That is important!

4. CBD is not psychoactive

CBD does not have the psychoactive properties of THC, so you can take advantage of its medicinal advantages without suffering from hallucinogenic effects. That means that CBD is ideal for people who seek therapeutic properties, but who do not want recreational effects.

If you have children and want to give them the medicinal benefits of marijuana without using them, keep in mind that marijuana with CBD and without THC is appropriate for them.

5. CBD relieves chronic pain and inflammation

CBD helps relieve chronic pain because it works with the endocannabinoid system, which is responsible for controlling pain and inflammation. Most diseases cause some type of pain or inflammation. Luckily, CBD stimulates the correct receptors to treat these symptoms.

This property of the CBD makes it an effective treatment to cure and prevent different conditions. In fact, CBD is used as a natural method without side effects to treat different diseases. This makes CBD a more effective treatment than pharmaceutical medications.

To consume CBD, you can use CBD oils or look for marijuana plants with only CBD (although they are harder to find).
