- Green chili 14-20 big
- To fry oil
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Whole dry coriander 1 tsp
- Mole 2 tablespoons
- Dry red chillies broken 2
- Roasted Peanuts 1/2 (half) cup
- Garlic sliced into 7-8 cloves
- Ginger chopped 1 inch piece
- Rye 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves 7-10
- Onion Grinded 1 Healthy
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Tamarind Pulp 2 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
Rip the green chillies in length, but make sure that the whole is not cut. Heat a lot of oil in a deep non-stick pan and place the chilli on the kitchen paper on the bottom. Roast cumin, whole coriander and sesame in a non-stick pan.
Grind them with dry red chillies, peanuts, garlic, ginger and some water. Heat 1 tablespoon of the remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and when they start splitting, add curry leaves and onions and fry them until the onions turn brown.
Add the prepared paste and mix and cook while stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add turmeric and 3-4 cups of water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add fried chili, salt and tamarind pulp and let it cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Serve with casserole or biryani or plain rice garnished with green coriander.

- Cut green chilies into small pieces. Now make a paste with the help of the mixer.
- Now add garlic and stir the mixer once more.
- Now heat the oil in the pan and cook the prepared paste in it for 2 minutes.
- Now take out the chutney in a bowl and add lemon juice to it.
- Your green chili sauce is ready.
If the green chili sauce is served with chilli vadas, moongdal vadas or bajra rotis, its taste is doubled.
