- Certificate Course
Certificate Diploma in Medical Lab Technologist, Basic Physiology, Basic Biochemistry and Blood Testing, Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology, Pathology, Environment and Biomedical Waste Management, Medical Lab Technology and Hospital Training during degrees and masters.
Eligibility criteria for Medical Lab Technology
Certificate in Medical Lab Technology (CMLT) is a six-month course for which the qualification is 10th pass. The same Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) is required to pass 12th. The duration of this course is two years. It is mandatory to pass with PCB or PCM as the 12th major subject. B.Sc. In Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) it is mandatory to pass with 12th science subjects. The duration of Bsc in MLT is three years. MSc. in Medical Lab TechnologistTo enter the program, the candidate must have a high school diploma first, followed by an associate program of 2 years. This program is conducted by community college, technical school, vocational school or university. There may or may not be an entrance exam for admission to any of these courses, it depends on the institute. In a well-known college, there is an entrance examination, the rest is usually selected on the basis of merit without entrance examination.
