To make Chocolate Nuts Cake in the cooker, firstly add one and a half cup of salt inside the cooker. Now place a ring cutter or bowl or pot stand so that its height is increased by two-three inches. Now put a lid on it, but before applying the lid, remove its rubber and whistle. Now let it heat up for ten minutes on medium high flame. Now we will prepare the batter. To make the batter, boil by adding a little water to a pan. Now put two tablespoons cocoa powder in a bowl and add six tablespoons of hot water to it. Remember that you always have to mix three times hot water with cocoa powder. Now take a big pot and add butter and oil. Now add sugar powder and whisk well so that the butter, oil and sugar mix well. Now add condensed milk and whisk once again for two-three minutes. Now add a little cocoa powder water and mix. Remember that you do not have to mix all cocoa powder water together. Mix it little by little. Now cut all the nuts in a plate and mix them by sprinkling some flour in it. Now take a sieve and maida in it, Add baking powder and two tablespoons arrowroot and sieve over the bowl. Now mix it well. When it starts to look silky, stop mixing. Now add the remaining cocoa powder and mix well. Now add some nuts and mix it lightly.

Now take a baking pan or a steel box and apply oil on it. Also put butter paper on it. Now put batter in it. Now sprinkle some remaining nuts over it. Now open the lid of the cooker and place the batter inside it. Keep in mind that the cooker will be very hot, so you keep the batter of the batter with the help of tongs or stand. After placing the utensil, cover the lid of the cooker. Cook on medium low flame for about 30 minutes.  After half an hour, open the lid of the cooker and with the help of a toothpick, check whether your cake is set. After this, you allow the cake to cool down and with the help of a knife, take the cake out of the pot. Your chocolate nut cake made in the cooker is ready.
